Order Processing
All orders are processed and sent to print within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been printed, packaged and dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email.
During high-volume periods such as Christmas and peak gifting seasons, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Times
All orders are fulfilled through our print partner and shipped locally from fulfilment centres worldwide, meaning faster delivery and no customs delays for most destinations.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
United States: 3-6 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Australia: 3-6 business days
Canada: 4-8 business days
Rest of World: 5-10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. Houseforprints is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us at houseforprints@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage where applicable and we will sort it straight away.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your print. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that custom and personalised prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
